I have known Jon Majors since he was 5 or 6 years old. Although, I was several years older than Jon, he always impressed me with his unique combination of tenacity and kindness. 
 
Jon is one of the toughest guys I have ever known. Physically, mentally, and spritually, Jon has always displayed a can-do, never quite attitude that has always impressed me. As a career Special Forces Officer in the United States Army, I've come to know this attitude pretty well. I believe this attitude is significant because it equates to a self-starting individual who never quits, not matter how many obstacles are in his path. That was Jon Paul Majors as the tough little farm boy, the Infantry Soldier serving his country, and Jon Paul Majors as a responsible young entrepreneur.
Jon's kindness is no less evident. He comes from wonderful, loving parents who taught him to respect everyone and lend a hand whenever you can. John has lived those values all his life and he has friends across the globe as a result of it. I can't think of a single memory of Jon where he wasn't smiling. He is genuine and good hearted, and as decent a man as I've ever known. I can't think of two better qualities for a young man to have this day and age and I suppose that's why he's such a good friend and why I am so proud of him.

I remember one quality of yours in school that stood out was your honesty.  A trait that a lot of people at that age do not possess even more so now I think in teanagers.  Another quality was your faith in God.  I remember that very well and at the time we all probably thought that was a little crazy now realizing you were just ahead of the game on that.  I personally think if you are looking at getting into the real estate game I would like to have you looking out for my best interest in a property transaction.  I have bought and sold over 15 million dollars worth of property and I look for the qualities of some one such as yourself to do my buisness with.  Good luck Jon, if me and Amy ever decide to buy in Alaska we will buy from you.
